Shipping costs for online orders

Canada	Minimum shipping charge is $5.99, 10% for all orders up to $100, and 6% for all orders over $100	3-4 weeks
United States	Minimum shipping charge is $10.00 CDN, 20% for all orders up to $100, and 10% for all orders over $100	4-5 weeks
All other International destinations	Minimum shipping charge is $20.00 CDN, 20% for all orders up to $100, and 15% for all orders over $100	4-8 weeks

*Canadian customers: 7% GST will be added to your total book and shipping cost.
*Maritimes customers: 15% (harmonized GST/PST).
